Return Process

- Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the package to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Confirmation and Processing:
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed.
Refunds

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- Processing Time:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item requested is not available, we will issue a refund.
